Online Account Instructions

Online Account Access Information:

Customer Page All customers will need to log in to access their account information, save credit card information, make a recurring payment, and set up e-billing. First-time users will need your email address, Customer Number, Last or Business Name, and to create a password. Please make sure the name on your bill is spelled correctly.  If it is not, please contact our office at 541-664-6300 to correct it, or you will have difficulty accessing your account.  If you have forgotten your password after creating your login, you can click the link in the 'Password Reminder' box below the login box.

E-Billing  Click on 'Customer Page' above to create an online account and activate e-billing.  For step-by-step instructions, click on the 'Online Account Instructions' link above.
