Complete the ODOT pre-qualification application form and submit it to RVSS for consideration. Click Here to get to the ODOT Procurement Office Construction Contract Unit website. The link to the pre-qualification form is at the bottom of that page.
If the contractor applying for pre-qualification through RVSS is currently pre-qualified through the state of Oregon, bring to the RVSS office the first page of the completed application and the letter confirming the Oregon pre-qualification.
