Rogue Valley Sewer Services (RVSS) is a special district formed by the voters in1966 to provide a regional solution to wastewater disposal problems. A five-member elected board of directors sets policies and oversees operations.
RVSS directly serves much of the unincorporated area of Jackson County including White City, as well as the cities of Central Point, Eagle Point, Talent, Phoenix, Jacksonville, Shady Cove, and portions of Medford. We have constructed and maintain more than 400 miles of sewer line that directly provide sewer service to over 20,000 businesses and households.
RVSS also administers the Environmental Protection Agency's Stormwater Quality program within much of the RVSS service area.
Our services help reduce health hazards and improve the overall water quality of the valley.
