Walmart Cash/Debit Payment Center

Want to make your payment in cash or with a debit card? 

Can't make it into the RVS office during regular business hours?

Don't mind paying a service fee for the convenience?  

Walmart is your answer!

All Walmarts provide a secure place to pay your sewer bill with cash or debit card at their customer service desk. Just make sure you come in before the 13th of the month, and bring your bill.

A few things to keep in mind: 

- Walmart does not take late payments or disconnects/change of information. The associate will check the due date on the bill to assure that there is no chance of a late fee.
- It is not free.  There are two options for customers to get the payments to RVS…the 88 cent option is a three-business-day delivery fee, and the $1.88 fee is for next-business-day delivery.
- Walmart does not retain customer account information and will not solicit to you.
